Over 30 years ago, after finishing culinary school, I settled in Breckenridge to pursue my passions: food and the mountains. Few things are better than an excellent meal with good friends and family after a day of adventure. Think of sharing the events of your day with the great people in your life, in the comfort of your lodging, while enjoying a meal prepared by a professional chef to you and your guests’ particular tastes. I have spent my career cooking at the best restaurants and catering companies in Summit County, but I also have spent close to 30 years adventuring and living here. We have deep ties and love for this place and its community, and while I am working in your kitchen, I am happy to share. I’ll be happy to give you my thoughts on great mountain biking or skiing, where on the mountain the snow might be good, local restaurants, and activities for your group.
